Sail cleaning

Our Local sail cleaner uses a power washer. As I have one I would like to clean my main sail as mud wasps have left behind 4or5 2x4 mud patches that will brush off leaving muddy stains.I plan on hanging my 22x12 sail as vertial as possible use the power washer set on wide and clean it. As it has also become somewhat grayish from pollution Questions, spray with a stain remover, then cleaning soap, maybe watered down bleach?Have any members successfully cleaned sails and have ideas as to works best for my conditions.
