Quiet and reliable electric winch

Hello all.

We're getting ready to rig the boat, and want to get some first hand information about electric winches. We're looking at several brands, around size 50, for the halyard and reefing.

I looked on YouTube, and noticed the pawls were rather loud on a lewmar ocean e series 50. I did not notice this on the harken brand winches.
