Making a Whisker Pole ? Ideas ?

Does anyone know where I can find the sleeve and lock buttons to create a whisker pole from 2 spinnaker poles I have? I can remove an end off each one and make the whisker pole if I can find the pieces to make it adjustable.

I need the bushing, spring pins and anything else.

The two poles are...
2" * 10' spin pole
2.5" * 12' spin pole

I do not want to sell them and put another $5-900 with that to buy a new one. I would rather spend $75-100 total.
