Since many sailors habitually avoid sailing and avoid spinnakers at all cost, there are plenty available used. I've bought several over the years at very low prices, many in new/unused condition.

Try anyplace where used boat equipment is sold and almost all of the used sail outlets will have some. I frequently see them at marine swap meets.
