Looking for a portlight supplier

I've got a customer with 35+ year old vinyl frame/acrylic fixed portlights in serious need of replacement. There used to be a place in Costa Mesa, CA that made them, but they didn't apparently survive the recession. And for comparison, here is one I custom made for my own boat. Too much time and money for the customer, so I need to present an alternative. Any ideas?

HopCar, thank you for the suggestion for Beckson. The customer now understands the dynamic, that the stuff of yore is no more. He has directed me to fabricate custom fixed ports for his boat. You have made my income stream more directed for the coming month. MUCH appreciated!
