Costs of returning from in-boom furling to standard (32' boat)?

I have a purchase candidate which scores very high in all departments but comes with a furling boom which I don't really want.

The boat is quite a rare type, is it realistic to sell the furling boom to finance a new mainsail and a normal boom with lazy jack?
