Barient 28s Self Tailer Help

Hoping for some help here. I have barient self tailers, 28s model. question is are the barient 28 non s/t's inside assembly compatible with the s/t models? multiple searches came up short. company in australia has some knowledge but no reply yet. thanx in advance

Not definitive - but I have swapped drums between Barient 32's (non selftailing and barient 32 ST and worked fine. That is I put a ST drum w/ST on a non ST base and innards.

just matched everything up with a 28 and a different animal..thnx
