water maker Spetra 400c low water intake pressure

I have just cleaned the intake water filter to the water maker and the feed pressure has dropped below 14 psi once I started to run it. The water maker won't run at this level. Any suggestions. Sim

Make sure the boost pump is running.

Check TOTALLY the intake path. A friend had no flow in a very short line. We eventually disconnected at an ell at the hull, still no flow. A tight nest of grass was packed into the ell that could only be removed with the screw coil end of a plumbers snake by diving. 10 minutes with the Brownie got it.
