I like Sea Tech fittings as they are easier to install than Qest fittings.
To install a Qest fitting you need the fitting, a cone, a ring and a nut.

To install a Sea Tech fitting you just shove the tube into the fitting and your done.
You can also remove and reuse them.

My quck Google search only came up with PE pipe which I was well aware of and both CU and SS coated tubing but I know they use an unknown yellow tubing in the islands.

I have a 27 year old copper line (about 20 feet) feeding my stove so replacing it would be great. Would it make any difference between 1/4" or 3/8" PEX tubing? 1/4" would be a bit more flexible. Would the wall thickness be the same for both? Thicker wall take slightly more abuse over time...
