MACERATOR ON GROCO EB

Don't want to give up my trusty, solid bronze Groco EB, but with America's Cup here for next 3 years, gonna have more lady guests aboard. Wondering if a good strong macerator downstream of the joker would have enough vacumn to pull past the diaphragm. Still have to depress the water inlet pedal I know. All other electrics too high for my base conditions.

Re: MACERATOR ON GROCO EB

It might pull the black water out but it won't put clean water back in the bowl no mater how hard you step on the pedal. The EB is a good toilet. The ladies can learn to work it.
There is an electric conversion for the EB but it just moves the handle back and forth. Not worth the money.

Yeah HC,--that's what I was thinking. Lever pumps water into bowl somewhat independently of expelling action. Groco motor package is primitive -- and noisy/pricey.
Thanks for comment.
