Katadyn WM Return to Factory

Hello. I have a PUR 80e that is still under warranty and I am exploring whether to send it to back to the factory for a motor problem. I'm cruising in Mexico so it is a big deal to send it and pick it up when done.

Does anyone know where the factory is located to which the unit should be sent? Strangely enough, I didn't find this info in the manual.

Has anyone sent a unit in for repair? How long did it take for the factory to repair it once it was received?

Thanks for any help. I know there are good motor mechanics in Mexico, but we might want to send it to Katadyne.
