how to get propane in europe for american boat?

It's not easy. I have 4 gallon tanks refilled at Portugal (Azores). Now at Spain,Tarragona region. What is the solution:
1).Adapter for american tank to get filled at gas station?
2).Adapter for the existing stove hose reduction unit to connect to Camping gas
Blue tanks which available at all ferreterias & nautic shops?
3).Change of the stove reductor to european standard?

best bet is to pick up a couple of the orange Spanish bottles and regulator,refill in la linea and canaries then dump or pass on to a boat returning to Europe once you get to the caribbean.

alternatively blue gas tanks if planning cruising the med universal,but expensive
