Yes, those were replaced when we installed it. We have no idea why it leaked.

With the compressor running , the line that leaves the compressor and goes to the keel cooler should be hot to the touch.

If not= no flow or no gas.

Could you switch the compressors and the evap plates?
I had the ice blockage in the capillary tube after 11 years use. Melted by holding hot cloth against the coil.
I then fitted the Frigoboat filter drier but needed to get 50g R134a. I got the Nevada 900g cylinder with gauge hose that fits the schrader on top of the compressor.
