Well, that’s exactly what I wrote. But when a dryer is called a condensing dryer, it isn’t a heat pump unit because they call those heat pump units… even though it’s a form of a condensing dryer

How heavy is it?
Its 12kgs, so small outboard weight. We could go into towns every week, but if we are away holiday sailing that's quite a faff. This solves the problem and since the majority of the time we are away sailing in the summer, final drying on the guard rails easy enough.

I don't know how much water it takes because we have used a hose pipe so far, but perhaps 10 - 12L a wash. A spare 25L water container would do a couple of washes.
