12v Freezer; 230v Watermaker

Briefly I'm taking delivery of 2 cabin version Beneteau Oceanis 45 in April 2013; 6kVa Genset-230v; 4 inhouse 12v batteries- would like to fit following- pros / cons and suggestions welcomed.
FREEZER- would like to add approx 100l freezer in "pantry"- (port aft storeroom)- have found a few possible candidates (12 voltDC)
NOVA KOOL F3800
ISOTHERM CR90F
SHORELINE CH102 (top loading)

WATERMAKERS- plan approx 100 lph- 230v ac- idea of running genset approx one hour daily- The following are of interest
ECHOTEC 900 AML:-1
SPECTRA 450 or similar

Without getting too technical any advice or similar alternatives would be appreciated
