Yeah my marina has a proper travel lift as well. My boat launches today. I'll take a look and see what max load is.

Don't know why you picked there for aq plin regular anode, but I'd move that one on the other side of the strut. Why you might ask, well JUST IN CASE the shaft should decide to separate from your transmission.

The way it is place it will NOT be a stop.

For an anode in the area where you are currently pushing it, you might want to consider a SALCA. Check it out here (https://seashieldmarine.com/).

They work well, serve 2 functions and are relatively inexpensive.

I use the football shape for th shaft and then the SALCA up against the prop.

Because this is what works for me, thats why. The shaft has never separated from the transmission in 40+ years. I imagine if that happens the anode is the least of my problems. But thanks for chiming in and letting me know what your thoughts are. Happy sailing!
