Cutlass bearing

Hi All

Has anyone got any tips for changing the cutlass bearing on my Benny Oceanis 50? It's a 2008 and the bearing is not the normal rubber flanged job! It looks like the conventional type of bearing with a tufnell outer sleeve.
So... do I need to remove the prop shaft? If so, how do I get the coupling off the end of the shaft? Once removed from the gearbox I can see a large nut inside. I assume I somehow remove this and then slide the coupling off the shaft. Any ideas for undoing the nut?
Is the nut left or right hand thread?
How is the coupling attached, spline, taper?
Will the shaft clear the rudder?
How do I get the shaft back through the stearn gland without damaging the seal?
How I do all that working in a space that was designed for an action man doll!

Ideas please... Dean
