newbie on navigation

Hi, I'm looking for an online navigation course. I have found a couple but I'm really looking for a recommendation. Have you taken a course and found it worthwhile? let me know. Thanks, chile1 Thanks AnglaisInHull

Are you looking for certification or just to expand your knowledge base?

Aside from online courses, there are home study courses as well.

If you have done other certifications stick with the same standard. If not, Sail Canada does offer a certification once you pass the exam; it does not require a practical on-the-water component.

Re: newbie on navigation

Hi,
I highly recommend that you check RYA's courses, they have a very well structured programme that has evolved over many years, offering all kinds of certificates for all levels.

Cheers,
