New boat new anchor

I am about to get a Nordic Tug 39. She is 40 feet and 20,000 pounds. She has a delta quickset 44 pounds anchor. I want to replace with a Sarca Excell. Would you suggest the number 5 or the number 6?

#6, a great anchor and the size for you.

I remember being anchored with my Excell #6 behind Swan Is one night, it blew 50kts most of the night, I didn't drag. Next morning I thought " I could have saved a few $ and bought a Excell #5.
