Hello!!

Hi! I purchased this boat last month now I'm having a hard time bringing my kids fishing cause there's no tags on it to register it so I have no clue what mate or mode. So if anyone here could help me out the boys and I would really appreciate it!! Thanks.. I will be posting a few more pics as soon as I get home later tonight. The boat was painted by the previous owner but I do have pics with original paint and if there was a tag well it's no longer there or nothing stamped either so please helps us out!!
Thanks again!!Click image for larger version

Re: Hello!!

You should be able to use his name to see how he registered it.

Hello!!

He gave a false name and apparently is gone tree planting in west canada... I found the tag on the motor and it's not reported stolen at least

Hello!!

Thanks a lot skinnylegs
It does have some similarity but I haven't seen any Fletcher's with a fake air intake unless it's after market...

Re: Hello!!

Post on The Hull Truth. Lots of experienced boaters, and well, this isn't exactly the forum for your question(s).

I'm sure others have encountered the issues you have. The THT community is good about helping out.....

Re: Hello!!

Call it what ever made you think it is as long as the title is clear and the hull number is correct. We have a 1970 Chrysler run about, I bought new, no body has ever asked or check the brand name. The Eagle is a 1978 Roughwater and very few even know Roughwater made a 58 ft trawler. So I would use what ever is on the previous registration and all it good.

Re: Hello!!

What state are you in? Did you receive a title? In Florida its a felony to have a vessel with no numbers as well as a crime to sell a vessel without a title. The boat should have manufacturer plate with HIN.
