My .02 cents worth.
I wish Jesscia well, bid her God speed and a safe return.

While I personally don't think it is wise trip, I hope she is successful in her mission; however if she isn't, I will commend her and hold her in high esteem for having a go.
As Factor states, being willing to have a go is far more important in this country than winning.
Even if she doesn't return (God forbid), she is looking the game straight in the eye and giving it her best shot. She has the legal right to do so and IMO, the moral right.

I understand that others hold different views and thankfully, they can express them as freely as I express mine.

I apologize in advance for being off topic: there are in fact only 10 kinds of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

Let's leave this thread to reports, encouragements, etc. pertaining to Jessica Watson's round-the-world attempt. For those who don't get the "Goat" reference, go to: http://www.cruisersforum.com/forums/...ate-31305.html

Thank you for your cooperation.

Once again, Gordon slams the nail on the head and drives it one inch into the wood.

Well that pretty much is what happens when you are a blunt instrument.

A Jessica Haiku

Fifteen-year old girl
Weaves around the equator.
The world holds its breath.

A limerick is, indeed, rhymed poetry. I may try to demonstrate.
