I touched on this earlier, as I am conscious that my having provided encouragement to others over the internet (where you can never know the full story) may not always be a good thing.............but thinking about this a bit more I figure real life will sooner or later provide the counterbalance to any internet only encouragement.

Of course I am not against also adding in some caveats with the offered enthusiasm!

Also it is easy for me (and others) to not question that things are possible - but for many others until someone says to them "Yes of course Joe Soap can do this - might not be easy - but can be done" they may think the life they dream of is simply not acheivable "for the likes of them".

In any case, I simply do not like to sh#t on someones dreams, even if I suspect they will only ever be dreams - but maybe I am a bit sensitive in regard to other folks Dreams.

Perchance to dream...........

Re: s/v 'Flight of Years' solo circumnavigation

It is a couple of years or more since Heather swallowed the anchor--does anyone know of any further developments, or whether she has continued to sail?
