Too bad I do not receive notifications when I have messages on this forum. Since my last message to you I've abandoned plans to sail to New Zealand from Bundy due to persistent E.S.E. wind. Returned to Brisbane, then when the river flooded exited left to Dunwich for three weeks. Now back in Brisbane anchored near Hamilton/North Shore across from Colmslie. Preparing for April departure in direction of Darwin. Will not know which way I am going after Darwin until I can be sure there is going to be no internal conflict within Thailand, or conflict between Cambodia and Thailand. Otherwise, may join up with Sail Indonesia. Maybe not. You can email me at linuxinstallatyahoo.com.

Keep missing your messages... It is September 15, 2010 and I am in Bundaberg. Tried to make a dash for Darwin after the new motor was installed, but by the time I made Gladstone and evaluated my progress/distance to go threw in the towel. Plan B is a departure from Bundaberg to Opua, New Zealand in the first half of October. I could use company on any leg of my voyaging - New Zealand and beyond. Interested?

I just checked my messages and was unaware of yours way back in February. Sorry to have missed you. I am in the midst of an engine re-power (at anchor). Do not know if I'll leave Brisbane in time to arrive in Darwin before it is too late for the next leg to either S.E. Asia or Christmas Island and beyond. If you will be in Brisbane any time soon contact me again.

Yeah, in Florida. I'm really a west coaster, grew up in California, but bought my boat here. Sooner or later I'll get her back to there, but for now going to see Carrib before squeezing through the canal and into the Pacific. I miss my kayak; at 17.5 ft long, couldn't fit it on the sailboat! Where in Australia are you?
