Marking a thread to follow - how to?

If I respond to a thread I get a nice little icon on the NewPosts list that makes it easy for me to check out responses. Can I mark a post in a similar way without actually responding to it?

Find "Thread Tools" on the menu bar across the forum thread and select "Subscribe..." from the drop down list.

You can view your subscribed threads via the "Quik Links" menu located just below the banner of the CF page.
