I don't see anything wrong with that. I'm sure the sharks were there after you took the picture of these fish. They might have been behind you at the time as well.

I used to hate seeing these guys. Diving around Pensacola FL off a research ship in really lousy visibility these guys would show up and I'd start wondering where their big brother was. Brrrrr!

Give me 100 ft plus visibiltiy. My theory is that people get bit when the lil rascals can't see. Kind of like humans hunting and taking "sound" shots. Equally dangerous but the sharks don't know better and humans should.

The don't bite but I dare ya to stick one to the back of your hand sometime.(Yes I have done it, don't ask)

There is a certain kind, although I don't recall the name, that will take your skin with it as you pry it, slide it or beat the hell out of it trying to get it off.

I have 3 stingray bite's ( sucks really ). I use to feed Stingrays at Stingray City Grand Cayman, had squid in my pocket and in my hands. You dont know how close those rays got to my BOYS, still have the scars from them. They took a good layer or two of skin with them.

I think I would chance a bite just to get to feed them, thats cool!

What kind of teeth do they have, only ones I have seen are the 100 million yr old ones you find on the beach while looking for sharks teeth.

Stingrays cannot see what they are feeding upon, and they eat by sucking the food into their mouths between two hard dental plates (they don’t have sharp teeth). In places where people feed them it is not uncommon for people to get “bitten” by the stingrays, but all this consists of is a sucking sensation very similar to a "hicky".
