It looks like me that the police tow vehicle was unmanned and slipped beyond the launch rFLMAO! Happens to lots of trailer sailors except most don't lose the vehicle that far. Bet he gunned the police boat to get it off the trailer but forgot to release the winch pall first! LOL!!! Oh, and then HE's going to come enforce boating laws to ME? LOL!!

Unless I'm mistaken, the date time indicates 2007. Kind of old news to rehash.
