s/v Anonymous appears to be a Beneteau Oceanis, about 34-35 feet, right?

Is that the most intelligent interior on this size boat, or what?

Just aft of the head there is what looks like an unused space. Any ideas? I've seen similar on other boat plans

Look at this https://www.bavaria-yachtbau.com/index.php?id=1470&L=1 just behind the head is a big empty compartment.

I believe that is a sail locker/lazarette that's accessible from the cockpit. This is how my First 30 was set up.
