I'd call Craig at Elkhorn Composites in Watsonville, CA. (831) 722-1654
He's done more gelcoat spraying than anyone and can point you in the right direction. He finished a Moore 24 for me at a very competitive price (about 1/3rd of the Bay Area) and is a great guy.
