I am looking at purchasing a charter company with a 1976 pearson, total refit in 1995. The boat comes with a mooring ball transferable to a company only. Can that happen and how you transfer a mooring ball??

It does not make sense to me to mention a 22 year old refit. Time for another refit!!!

yes thats one issue but not upmost importance, does the USVI rent mooring balls? how does the law work on that issue?
