Croatia in a borrowed boat
We (Australian) are borrowing a EU flagged boat out of Muggia, Italy and intending to sail her down to Split in Croatia, where the owner will take over and sail her back.
Can we expect any issues with the Croatian authorities?
We could also stop in Slovenia if easy to do so.
