Best yard for cat saildrive service around Split Croatia?

Just found some saltwater in one of my saildrives and am a day away from Split. Looking to haul out and change seals. I also have some rudder bearings to install and will add a through hull for a watermaker.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a place to haul out around Split with a good Yanmar dealer close?

Had anyone dealt with "MCI Marina Split"? We looked at a few boats there while boat shopping and they looked like the affordable option around but can't find any info on them.

Will also most likely leave the boat for a week for a land based trip while we are out.

You could try Marina Kastela in the Kastel bay Between Split and Trogir. They have facilities for about 400 charter boats and a travel lift.

Also the Marina and Yacht Service Centre Trogir. They have several and very large travel lifts and all services for 100s of charter yachts

Wound up going to MCI boat yard across from Marina Kastela. Very reasonably priced and they let you do anything yourself you want. Lots of other work / dust going on, but a bunch of hard working people doing their best. The yard was more than fair and they were prompt and on time with any requests. I think it's rougher around the edges than most, but the perfect spot for us! Kinda like a well run Hampton Inn around a bunch of Hilton's and Marriott's.
