I want to buy a sailboat cruiser, 36 feet to 42 feet, by owner, fiberglass. I wish to pay between $24000. and $32000. cash. I wish to buy a sailboat to live on and sail locally. I am interested in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area or in Broward County. I do not want a complete fixer upper, but would like a boat in good condition especially the haul and decks.
