Micronesia sailing community?

Me an a small group of friends are entertaing taking a few big moves soon.
What is the cruising community like in guam or the northern Marianas islands?
Are there any liveaboard friendly marinas in this area?
What kind of monthly fees am I looking at in these areas

we have our boat currently in Pohnpei Micronesia, left it there in June and going back in November. Lovely place but really not alot of cruising yachts, partly why we love it. if you want more details let me know rob
