Hi JC,

Can you be more specific as to what details you wish to know? I can forward more info via PM, however, there is no website, sorry. The LLC was established long ago to be able to use the yacht as a way of gaining our livelihood. Thus, the Panama LLC. The parents wanted to live in Central America and Panama was the choice. They've been on and about ever since. The LLC owns the yacht, thus the sale of both. Hope this helps to understand.

So I have to say thanks a lot for your question because I just spoke with the parents and they've told me it's registered under Inc., not LLC.

The main sector which is registered is for marine services and tourism, however, in Panama, this is not a problem since it's not limited to just that. You are free to do other services so long as the taxes required(revenue per annum) are paid for...which are quite low.
