Need Cascade 27 rudder dimensions

I am building a rudder for my 1981 Cascade 27 and cant find original dimensions. I haven't heard back from Russell at Cascade yet and was hoping maybe somebody on here could help me out. The bottom of the rudder I have is gone so Im not sure how long it was, the drawing is what is left of it. The rudder post and skeleton were all bent so I have bought all new metal and replicated the original exactly how it was , my plan is to build a form around the post and skeleton (a simple cheese wedge type shape) fill it with 2 part expanding foam then shape the foam by hand like a surfboard, then glass. I am aware this isn't exactly the right way to do this and am open to other suggestions.
