hi again i choose the nmea 0183 and i checked the com port one time i adjusted it to port e and one time to 6 and i always adjust both on the same but there is no even any signal coming on the data....

I already checked it and found that the GPS was running on 9600 bps so I changed it to 4800 bps in orer to be the same as the Maxsea recommended.

My main problem also is which instrument type...

I am so happy to join this form, its really usefull...

Meanwhile i have got a problem with my Maxsea software.
It was working fine when it was connected to GPS through the network.
