The Kaufman's called for medical advice. A CG surgeon called in the PJs. Once the PJs were on board, they needed to get off and determined that the child needed to be cleared by a pediatrician. |

Unless you are in a position to offer physical help in a reasonable timeframe, I would leave them alone at this point. They are making hard decisions and possibly preparing to abandon their home. |

Charlotte's blog has sounded pretty miserable most of the trip, but this is heartbreaking. Even assuming everyone comes out of it A-OK, the experience will have a strong effect on them. |
