We have a Mastervolt 2500w inverter which allows us to use one energy hungry appliance at a time, so we adjust our cooking habits. But as someone else wrote, usually the power hungry monsters only...

I use a Magnetronic DCC 4000 along with a Mastervolt Easyview 5 monitor system in conjunction with a Mastervolt Master Shunt. Everything has been tested and verified repeatedly using my Fluke 374...

We have 450w of solar which powers all electric cooking, refrigeration, navigation including two 12 inch chartplotters, radar, auto pilot...
