If you watch the National Guard video, you can watch/hear one of the officers stating that Eric said he would scuttle the Rebel Heart as they all left, after everyone was off.

Please let's not get into gossip about Eric and Charlotte. Giving them space means that, too. Gossip (while perhaps *fun* for some) is nonetheless invasive.
