6800 for inverter? Does that include the inverter? At 100/hr for labor, that is 68 hrs.

My solar install of 2 280 watt panels went as follows:

-Panels these days are about $1/watt
-I got 2 20A MPPT controllers, cheapo ones for $99 each.
-Got a custom frame made to fit on davits....

1000W of solar is pretty good to say the least! Don't know what your battery bank is but most thoughts are of a ratio of .75 to 1.25 W/Ah. Of course depends upon if the area you are going to be in,...

From doing my solar install last summer, it seems like the Ah(of battery bank/W(total solar) runs between 0.8 to 1.2 from what most people seem to be putting on as a rule of thumb. Mind you, I am not...

Great info. I have the 410 electrical and asked my dealer if he could get me the 380's as that is the model i have. He told me that Lagoon did not produce this, as the model is 13 years old and they...

Having just put on solar myself on a new boat, I would say that you should chose to have the factory install it. I am pretty good on electrical , but I had to find someone who could make the frame...
