I disagree Gerhard, ZyGrib shows wind as arrows that look more like current arrows with out any feathers indicating wind strength, or conventionally as shafts and wind strength barbs.. see previous...

Yes I should have clarified why it bothers me a bit. It's not just aesthetics, as there is a convention for wind information in meteorology that goes back years putting the points on them appears...

Your arrows have point (barbs); which are not conventionally shown and in my opinion add clutter to the display.
