I agree wholeheartedly... it's been too long since we practiced.

I was taught to round up, throw the life sling, and round up so that we are sailing into the wind and heave to rather than drop...

I believe that's why you clip into the windward jackline...

Never tried it, But my belief is that clipping into the windward jack-line with proper length tether will keep my body on deck.
