The sails were removed from the boat, the story is that they were being measured. I guess they didn't like the oven.
If the current owners want to sell then set up a escrow account and the money...

It was my boat, I paid 35k 10 years ago for her, and I sold her at a huge loss. I would love to buy her back for 15k, of course the engine is gone, there are sails missing, as well as the oven.

He told me the trunk is intact, but had a troublesome leak, so he built the keel around it.

If the storage is reasonable jump on it, but it will cost $125k when you are done. Ask me how I know, and don't buy it to sell.

The Command ten is in lake Mead, the keel had a leak and he added a rough mini keel. The build is a little heavy but a lot of boat. Funny I offered $35k once, but the owner said his wife didn't like...

Harris trimaran, incredible construction, same weight as a 39ft Farrier, approx 6500lbs, only $200k less. Steal at $34k, and get out of town.

I can deliver for $250 a day, plus airfare. I just delivered a trimaran from Long Beach California to Portland Oregon in 10 days.
