Good grief! Not! Make a template out of cardboard, then cut the pieces out of plywood.. Tack the pieces together with a hot melt glue gun, Putty in the radius and sand it lightly afterward. Goop... |

Or..... you can build your tanks out of plywood, sealed in epoxy resin. You can then install the baffles where you want them, install a dipstick AND a fuel gauge sender, fuel pickup, vent and filler... |
