Good grief! Not! Make a template out of cardboard, then cut the pieces out of plywood.. Tack the pieces together with a hot melt glue gun, Putty in the radius and sand it lightly afterward. Goop...

Or..... you can build your tanks out of plywood, sealed in epoxy resin. You can then install the baffles where you want them, install a dipstick AND a fuel gauge sender, fuel pickup, vent and filler...
