Re: Bestevaer 49ST

Re: Bestevaer 49ST

Not sure about your result, 200l or 200ml?

Propane: C3H8
molar mass: 3*12+8*1 = 44g/mole
full burn: C3H8 + 5 O2 -> 3 CO2 + 4 H2O

water: H2O
molar mass: 2*1+16 = 18g/mole

Likely both..

Re: Bestevaer 49ST

Ah, there is a cap. OK, I was curious, as you went for other design choices to minimize water pooling/leaks (raised hatches etc.).

Hopefully.. :)

She will be one tough beauty..

Re: Bestevaer 49ST

Given known problems with corrosion in metal tanks, why did you opt for metal rather than HDPE ones? I understand that the way they ale welded they form a sort of a box beam and add to hull...

Looks amazing, a question though. That bow thruster tunnel - why so far away from the bow? Surely, closer to bow / farther from center of lateral resistance gives better mechanical advantage?

Re: Bestevaer 49ST

:D "All good things come in small packages" :D

But seriously, if it may be a hazard to a taller person, maybe have the design modified? For example, a permanent anchor (base) plate into which an...

Re: Bestevaer 49ST

Ah, OK, thanks for explaining. Newer saw one of these before. Probably another one of those differences discussed in another thread here ;)

This is exactly how Bavaria set things up - works very...

Re: Bestevaer 49ST

If a small closet, laundry will not dry because of no air flow (unless used for a single T-shirt at a time ;) ). If large - seems a possible waste of space.

We have a heated wet locker -...

Re: Bestevaer 49ST

Perhaps for eye protection from reflected UV?
