SL, yes, posts 890-893 all show the temp pieces you mention, just before the first post with the hull more finely sanded. Guessing they cut them off, dressed the spots, and sanded in prep to move.... |

Those marks, I think, are some last minute sanding marks done just before the move to flip. I am guessing someone spotted some minor flaws that needed attention, and they will finish them up when... |

Yes, I do believe this is a reasonable conclusion. Of course proper tank venting is still needed, as a blockage there would soon overcome this advantage. |

The engine's lift pump will provide the proper flow and pressure to the injector pump. In some boats the lift pump draws from a tank below the engine. And must lift fuel against this head... |
