JP3 confirm bearings as 10.14.04 and 10.13.03, both at 34mm ID.

Good news i got responses from both fountaine pajot and ps3 usa with pricing on the bearings. Suprising to me was that fountaine pajot sells the bearings for less than half of what usa sells them...
