They claim that it works with the latest STABLE version of OpenCPN but I agree, can not make it work in v. 3.3.814 OR in qtVlm.

qtVlm promises their Route Optimizer software will...

Please note you have to re-name the .grb1 to .grb

I am pleased to advice that European Stream data is now also available in the old .grib format (.grib1) parallel with .grib2 until the major navigation programs have time to upgrade to the new...
