    estou desenvolvento um sistema para navegacao utilizando cartas bsb da Marinha do Brasil.
    Como achei referencias no site resolvi escrever a voce de forma a verificar se gostaria de me ajudar ou participar do projeto.
    Ja possuimos a abertura e visualizacao das cartas da costa brasileira pelos arquivos bsb e kap, bem como referenciar suas coordenadas utilizando um gps.
    Aguardo contato caso tenha interesse em participar ou nos ajudar com ideias / sugestoes.
