If the pic's are recent the engine room tells a story.. he keeps his boat tidy which is a big plus..

Had crew I got on great with.. had crew I tolerated.. had 1 owner I hated..

Crewing with strangers is like Russian Roulette.. every now and then you'll cop the bullet..
the boat side is easy.. personalities are something else.
